Here are answers to some common questions. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us.

No. All features (export, import, data processing) work completely locally and don't require an internet connection. Your privacy is fully protected.
Absolutely not. All contact data reading, processing, export, and import operations happen entirely on your device. We don't have servers to store your data, and we can never access your contacts.
Three export formats are supported: Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), and VCF (vCard). You can choose the format that suits your needs. Excel offers the richest features, while VCF has the best compatibility. Contact avatars can be exported as ZIP files.
Four import formats are supported: Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), VCF (vCard), and ZIP (with data + avatars). The app auto-detects file formats and smartly maps fields.
We offer 4 duplicate handling strategies:
1. Skip: Skip duplicate contacts, keep existing ones
2. Overwrite: Overwrite existing contacts with imported ones
3. Merge: Merge imported info into existing contacts
4. Smart Merge: Automatically determine and choose the best merge approach
Cross-platform migration is very simple:
1. On the source device, export an Excel file using "Full mode"
2. Transfer the Excel file to the target device (via AirDrop, email, cloud drive, etc.)
3. On the target device, open this app and import the Excel file
The app automatically handles field differences between platforms to ensure complete data migration.
Currently supports 4 languages: Chinese (Simplified), English, Japanese, and Spanish. The app automatically follows the system language setting, or you can manually switch in Settings.
Exported files can be saved to:
• The app's folder in the Files app
• iCloud Drive
• Other third-party cloud drive apps (if supported)
You can also share directly to other apps via the share function.
You can download a standard template file from the Settings or Import page in the app. The template includes all supported fields — just fill in the data according to the template to import.
Yes. The app automatically follows the system's dark/light mode setting. You can also manually select light or dark mode in app settings.
If import fails, try the following:
1. Make sure the file format is correct (.xlsx, .csv, .vcf, or .zip)
2. Check if the file is corrupted, try re-exporting or re-downloading
3. Confirm the file contains valid contact data
4. Make sure you've granted contacts access permission
